5 out of 5 Stars from Photoshop User Magazine
September, 2006 -
Photoshop User Magazine's Dave Huss wrote: By using the Noise Ninja technology as part of the RAW conversion process, Bibble Pro allows the photographer to remove the digital noise from an image without losing the inherent sharpness of the image... I was able to reduce or completely remove the noise while maintaining sharp detail.
Before Bibble Pro 4.7, I used several different RAW converters for processing my images and was equally pleased with all of them. After using Bibble Pro 4.7, I'm spoiled and doubt that I'll switch back anytime soon.

Best of Show: Shutterbug's Picks of PMA 2006
June, 2006 -
Shutterbug's Chris Maher wrote: For photographers looking to get the best possible quality from their digital cameras, starting with a raw file is a fact of life. Bibble Labs Version 4.6 of its raw workflow software announced at PMA offers photographer's some great new tools to maximize the quality of their images and minimize the time they need to spend doing conversions. Bibble has maintained its lead in processing speed while adding tools like the Highlight Recovery feature, integration of Noise Ninja technology, expanded BPTLens Correction, and improved color management. By putting these tools to work as part of the raw workflow, data loss is minimized and image quality is improved.

Camera Hobby: The all-around best RAW converter
June, 2006 -
Camera Hobby:
I'm posting a little bit of an update on some of Bibble's newest features that for me, makes it the all-around best RAW converter available on the market (but the market is a moving target with new RAW converters coming out regularly and existing ones always being improved upon).
With the Perfectly Clear, the B&W plug-in, and advanced lens correction updates, Bibble, which I already rated as highly recommend, becomes even more highly recommended. Read more...
Raw Converter Software: From Adobe, LaserSoft, Bibble Labs, & DxO Labs
March, 2006 -
Shutterbug's David B. Brooks wrote:
A dozen or so years ago digital cameras were just becoming a reality, although still pricey and limited in utility. Some of these cameras offered output file format choices that usually included JPEG and sometimes TIFF, and rarely raw. You chose the TIFF option as an option to the lossey JPEG. When the raw option was first offered it was in the standard .RAW format that could be opened with most image-editing applications. It contained the unprocessed data from the camera sensor. Although there was some incentive to get the most out of a digital camera then by using either TIFF or raw, the cost and lower capacity of memory cards often precluded their use. With early CompactFlash or SmartMedia memory cards, the small storage space only allowed a very few exposures.

4 out of 5 Stars from Photoshop User Magazine
March, 2006 -
Photoshop User Magazine's Steve Baczewski wrote: The software has sophisticated batch processing that allows you to drop files in a queue, create an output folder, set output format or image size, rename files, and create Web Galleries. Bibble also has a fast, flexible print queue, which allows you to create contact sheets and lay out images on a grid to create a customized layout. Bibble is fully color managed, letting you select from different working spaces and adding your own camera profile.

Camera Hobby: It's like a Mercedes
Updated: February, 2005 -
Camera Hobby: While Bibble looks fairly straightforward, it has a lot of power and features under the hood, its like a Mercedes sedan that looks conservative, but can do 0-60 in 5 seconds. Eric and his team take great pride in offering the fastest RAW conversion possible, so its good to know that theres a real thoroughbred under the hood ready to let er rip.
Bibble is a RAW converter that's well worth a look by digital photographers needing a fast, stable application on the road, or in the studio. Eric Hyman (and his team) takes a hands-on approach to resolving issues that may arise with his users and is always open to suggestions for how Bibble can be improved, as I've seen many times on a Nikon digital list frequented by professional photographers.

CreationView:The Art of Software
February, 2006 -
Creation View: Bibble provides a fast and effective means for turning lots of RAW files into finished JPGS either for display on monitors or plasma screens as well as files for printing and fine art. The Auto Level works exceptionally well particularly when working through a batch of images where many need little or no adjustment. The extremely customizable interface and extensive options available for most tools is by far more sophisticated and option laden of the RAW converters I have tried. I find Bibble's greatest strength in its ability to handle quickly a large number of files and produce very fine color and contrast with a minimum of adjustment or tweaking. For regular use, easy to use tools, full size preview generation, very fast processing and an excellent shadow recovery tool I am very happy with my choice to use Bibble as my primary RAW converter.

Digital Outback Photo: Bibble 4 is Highly Recommended
October, 2004 -
Digital Outback Photo: We are very pleased that Bibble is back and think it is a good alternative to C1 and Adobe Camera Raw.
Workflow: In terms of workflow B4 is in the same class as C1 and at this time more productive than Camera Raw (mainly due to the lack of integration between the PS file browser and ACR).
